Sub-Zero Freezer Repair
Freezer columns and drawers, including the paired column installations common in larger kitchens west of Boston. Defrost heaters, thermistors, blocked drains and tired gaskets account for most of what we find, and the sealed system is checked before anything is replaced.

Narrow stair and a shared hall, and he still got the drawer unit out without marking the plaster. Frost had built up around the fan because the seal had a small tear near the bottom corner.

Kitchen at the back with a turning basement stair, so getting the column clear was the hard part. Two of them came out for that. Sealed system was fine, it was the defrost control board all along.
